Personal meditation sessions with Julie

Are you interested in learning meditation but a group setting does not feel right to you?
Or perhaps you enjoy meditating in groups but also desire personalized guidance?
Julie is now offering private meditation sessions tailored to your unique needs and desires. Sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes duration and are offered on a sliding scale.
Julie Birns is a certified heart rhythm meditation instructor, animist soul medic, and psychiatric nurse practitioner. After years of being told that deep breathing, meditation, and mindfulness would support her emotional well-being, Julie continued to struggle and had given up on ever being able to meditate. Connecting with her breath and heart through heart rhythm meditation opened a door for Julie to return to herself. Through her journey, she has studied emotional and physical wellness, including meditation, breath, and the nervous system, and has tailored her own practice to support her unique needs. She would love to work with you to find a practice that supports your unique self.

Suggested donation depending on financial situation:
30 minutes: $25-$45
60 minutes: $50-$75
